Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using proxCV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use proxCV. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
proxCV offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free plan limitations include a maximum number of CVs, limited AI credits, and access to basic templates only.
AI-Generated Content
Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze job descriptions and optimize CVs. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content in your CV before use. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will result in job placement.
Intellectual Property
The proxCV platform, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your CV content belongs to you. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.
Prohibited Use
You may not: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. - Upload malicious content or files. - Resell or redistribute the service without permission. - Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service. - Create false or misleading CV content.
Limitation of Liability
proxCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
